To submit a request for simultaneous issuance of patents, you must send it to a specific address at the USPTO. According to MPEP 1306.02:

“Applicants and their attorneys who desire the simultaneous issue of allowed applications must submit the request to: Mail Stop Issue Fee, Commissioner for Patents, P.O. Box 1450, Alexandria, VA 22313-1450, Attention: Office of Patent Publication.”

It’s important to use this exact address and include the “Attention: Office of Patent Publication” to ensure your request is properly routed and processed by the USPTO.
