Secrecy Order Withdrawal Treats Application Like Ordinary One in Condition for Allowance
Note:
If a Secrecy Order is withdrawn after the D-10 notice, the application must be treated as an ordinary one that meets the conditions for allowance.

If the “Secrecy Order” in an application is withdrawn after the D-10 notice is mailed, the application should then be treated like an ordinary application in condition for allowance.
