Managing the Process

Managing the patent process is relatively straightforward, so long as a plan is in place.
The plan comes from due diligence analysis prior to filing a patent. The plan includes the business aspects of the invention that are important and serves as a reference guide for the patent attorney during the examination process, as well as a reference for determining whether or not the original business and technical assumptions of the patent remain valid.
