Notice of Allowance Not Withheld Due to Inventor Death If Executor or Administrator Has Not Intervened
Note:
The Notice of Allowance will not be withheld if the inventor dies and the executor or administrator has not intervened, as per MPEP sections for different filing dates.

The Notice of Allowance will not be withheld due to death of the inventor if the executor or administrator has not intervened. See MPEP § 409.01(a) for applications filed on or after September 16, 2012 or MPEP § 409.01(b) for applications filed before September 16, 2012.
