503 Method of Identifying Documents Cited in the International Search Report and the Written Opinion of the International Searching Authority
Identification of any document cited in the international search report shall be as provided in WIPO Standard ST.14 (Recommendation for the Inclusion of References Cited in Patent Documents). [ Editor’s Note: Published in the WIPO Handbook on Industrial Property Information and Documentation. ] Any document cited in the international search report may be referred to in a shortened form in the written opinion of the International Searching Authority, provided that the reference to the document is unambiguous.
