436 Preparation, Identification and Transmittal of the Copies of the Translation of the International Application
Where, for the purposes of a supplementary international search, a translation of the international application is furnished under Rule 45bis.1(c)(i) , the International Bureau shall mark the words “TRANSLATION (RULE 45 bis.1(c)(i))” in the upper left-hand corner of the first page of the translation and transmit a copy of that translation to the Authority specified for the supplementary search.
