What is the maximum file size for a Sequence Listing XML submission?

According to MPEP 2413.02, there is a specific file size limit for Sequence Listing XML submissions:
“The file size must not exceed 100 MB; otherwise it will not be accepted.“
This 100 MB limit applies to the uncompressed XML file. If your Sequence Listing XML file exceeds this size, you may need to consider compressing it or splitting it into multiple files. Always ensure that your submission complies with this file size restriction to avoid rejection by the USPTO’s electronic filing system.
