Where can I find a complete list of PCT fee amounts payable to the USPTO?

A complete list of Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fee amounts payable to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) can be found in two main places:

  • At the beginning of each weekly issue of the Official Gazette of the United States Patent and Trademark Office
  • On the International Patent Legal Administration page of the USPTO website

As stated in the MPEP: “A complete list of Patent Cooperation Treaty fee amounts which are to be paid to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), for both the national and international stages, can be found at the beginning of each weekly issue of the Official Gazette of the United States Patent and Trademark Office and on the International Patent Legal Administration page of the USPTO website (see MPEP § 1730).”

It’s important for applicants to refer to these sources before submitting any fees to ensure they are paying the correct amounts.
