The One Patent Service Gateway (OPSG) system is a tool used by the USPTO to support the reexamination process. As stated in MPEP 2235:

The One Patent Service Gateway (OPSG) system is used to support the reexamination process.

This system allows USPTO staff to access and manage data related to reexamination files, including retrieval of patent information, continuity data, and monitoring of major events in reexamination proceedings.
