Rejoined Allowed Claims Must Be Listed
Note:
Previously withdrawn claims that are rejoined and allowed must be included in the claim index and Notice of Allowability to avoid printer queries.

Any previously withdrawn claims that are being rejoined and allowed must be listed in the index of claims and on the Notice of Allowability to avoid a printer query. The examiner should notify the applicant of the rejoinder. See MPEP § 821.04.

Examiner Must Notify Applicant of Rejoined Claims
Note:
The examiner is required to inform the applicant about any previously withdrawn claims that are being rejoined and allowed.
