To request simultaneous issuance of patents, follow these steps:

1. Ensure all applications have reached the allowance stage and received a Notice of Allowance and Fee(s) Due (PTOL-85).
2. Submit a request to: Mail Stop Issue Fee, Commissioner for Patents, P.O. Box 1450, Alexandria, VA 22313-1450, Attention: Office of Patent Publication.
3. Include the following information for each allowed application:
   • Application number
   • Filing date
   • Name(s) of inventor(s)
   • Title of invention
   • Date of allowance
4. Attach separate copies of the request to each Fee(s) Transmittal (PTOL-85B).
