What information is not available in the public reexamination files on Patent Center?

While most of the reexamination file content is publicly accessible through Patent Center, non-patent literature is not available. The MPEP clarifies this limitation: In viewing the images of the reexamination proceedings, members of the public will be able to view the entire content of the reexamination file with the exception of non-patent literature.

To access non-patent literature included in a reexamination file, you would need to order a certified copy of the complete file from the Patent and Trademark Copy Fulfillment Branch (PTCFB).
